The Dundarave Festival of Lights 2013

Please take some time over the Christmas season to visit the Dundarave Festival of Lights. It’s a terrific way to spend time with friends and family while enjoying the warmth of the holidays. All contributions go towards the Look Out Emergency Aid Society. The Society serves people who have challenges meeting basic needs such as safety and shelter. Homelessness is a major issue on the North Shore and you can help through donations of cash, clothing or your time.

While strolling through the trees make sure you check out the “Chris Christensen” tree. It’s situated near the entrance of the pier and is adorned with orange and white lights and other decorations designed by my wife and kids. This really is a great way to spend time over the holiday season. The Christmas Wassail and Bonfire Night is scheduled for Saturday, December 21st and is always a magical night for the entire family. I hope to see you there. –  Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
