“Remarkable” Sales Numbers for Detached Homes in North and West Vancouver

Good time to be a seller. Real Estate Agents will often tell you this while simultaneously telling others that its a great time to be a buyer.  I can, however, unequivocally say that it’s a great time to be a North Shore Seller.

West Vancouver –  February/2015 Detached Home Sales Statistics 

116 sales – 25% higher than the best month in all of 2014
Over 25% of the entire inventory sold
18 sales between between $1,500,000 and $1,750,000. That’s the entire inventory in that price range – 100%  sold.
Whytecliff, which is traditionally a slower area, had 8 listings and 6 sales

North Vancouver

122 sales (49% of the entire inventory).
All of the listed houses in Capilano, Delbrook, Lynn Valley, Norgate, Princess Park and Westlynn Terrace sold. All of them.
100% of the houses listed between $900,000 – $1,000,000 sold

Good time to be a seller is an understatement.
