Why list with Chris?

When you hire me as the agent to sell your home, you receive all my focus and attention. I do not operate in a "team environment". I have an assistant who works in the background but her duties are almost exclusively administrative. The reason I look after all sales activity is, quite simply, I will be the single most prepared person for the job. As your agent, I want to know and understand your home better than anyone. This will enable me to effectively present its best attributes to purchasers. It also ensures that I'm prepared and able to answer every question asked about your home. It's my experience that buyers can lose interest and move onto other listings when not provided with timely and accurate information about the property.

I never work with more than three clients simultaneously. Also, I personally conduct all showings and Open Houses. Many agents allow junior colleagues or even other agents to host their public and Agent Open Houses. To me, this is lazy and does not allow for quality exposure of your home. I am always there representing your best interests .

All listings receive professional photography, video, property measurement and listing brochures. They are featured on the MLS and "boosted" on Real Estate Weekly to ensure they are always prominently featured near the top of any listing search. However my work does not end with a glossy brochure. Most agents will list the home on the MLS and hope the right buyer will see it and arrange a viewing. By contrast, the first thing I do after accepting a new listing, is to personally present the property to our West Vancouver and North Vancouver sales force (the largest on the North Shore) and email it to every agent in your area.

I proactively contact every agent after each viewing to receive feedback and to determine their level of interest.  As a result, my properties consistently sell more quickly than other North Shore listings. Ultimately, the most important aspect of a real estate transaction is the price you receive for your property. North Shore buyers today are very different from even 10 years ago. Glossy marketing materials have no affect while negotiating the final selling price. It's strictly dollars and cents for many buyers and you require a SEASONED, COMPETENT, NO NONSENSE, HONEST agent in your corner. One who is familiar with different buyer strategies, can represent YOUR interests, and negotiate on YOUR behalf. Ultimately, if you list with me, your home receives the exposure it requires, the personal attention it deserves and a timely and efficient sale.
